Body Building

  • Ectomorph

    If you have the ectomorph body type, then you will find that it is difficult for you to gain muscle as well as fat. To help with this, try focusing on compound movements as opposed to isolated movements. This is because you will use more muscle groups in the one exercise
  • Endomorph

    To help shock the body into losing fat, it is best for endomorphs to up their intense aerobic exercise by focusing on interval training such as HIIT (high-intensity interval training) over LISS (low-intensity steady state cardio). They should train their overall body to see results and not just focus on one area
  • Mesomorph

    In between ectomorph and endomorph is the mesomorph body type. Mesomorphs find it easier to build muscle and lose fat than the ectomorphs and endomorphs respectively. This is why the mesomorph body type means that you do not have to go insanely heavy on the weights to get results. You can lift moderately and still progress

Evolution gym is really a good place to workout..The trainers are the real strength and you could feel the real difference in a year..Apart from the usual gym activities , they also engage you in other activities..Recently we went to a trip to Ooty with all the gym mates and it was a real entertainment and fun..I got the opportunity to mingle with all the members and it was more like a family trip.One of the best gyms in the city and I would strongly suggest everyone to join.. It's a amazing place to workout, one of the best gym's in Saibaba colony, excellent ambience and machines. People who are looking for weight loss and get into there dream physique this is the right place.I STRONGLY recommend this gym for fitness. I have been doing my workout in this gym for the past one year. Mr.Siva is my personal trainer . I must say he is fantastic Extremely dedicated and sincere . A great place for workout and Gym is located at a good place and is very spacious.high quality equipments and nice maintenance.All trainers are qualified and very supportive. IF u want weight loss and building muscle...trainer MR.SIVA he is very good trainer and very supportive,helps us to do our best. everyday he give us motivation to do workout 👍💪.... 10/10 would recommend this . 🤟🏽
