Strength or Resistance training is a type of workout that is designed to improve one’s muscular fitness by exercising a distinct muscle or muscle group(s) against external resistance, including free-weights, weight machines, or your own body weight (dips).


In simple words, strength training is to apply weight and overload the muscle, so it needs to adapt and get stronger.


Here, we start you from lifting your own weight and once your muscles are trained, we’ll add extra weights to develop your muscles’ resistance level.
