Strength or resistance training is a type of workout that is designed to improve one’s muscular fitness by training on a distinct muscle or muscle group(s) against external resistance including free weights, weight machines, or your body weight (dips).
Here, we start you by lifting your own weight, and once your muscles get trained, we will add extra weights according to your body’s adaptability to develop your muscles’ resistance level.
Additional HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) will be given to increase your cardiovascular and strength endurance.
